Comedy Kiss Presents: Monty Franklin
Monty Franklin
Monty Franklin is an Australian-born stand-up comedian and actor based in Los Angeles. He's appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience, Real Rob (Netflix), and New Girl (FOX) — and was the first Australian to have his name added to the wall at The Comedy Store in Hollywood.
His online videos on the perils of an Australian navigating American culture have racked up over 1 billion views, leading to a feature film co-written with Rob Schneider and John Cleese, starring Monty alongside Cleese, Schneider, Jim Jefferies and Rhys Darby. According to Cleese, he's "the only MONTY worthy of attaching a PYTHON to." After sell-out shows across Australia, America and Europe in 2025, Monty returns to Zurich by popular demand for one night only — his fourth show with us in three years.
