How did you get into stand-up comedy?
Before stand up I was a binman, then I just fancied trying a gig and thought 'well this is better than being a binman, I'll just do this' and I've been in love with trying to master my act ever since.
Where do you get your inspiration for your material?
I really love Sean Walsh, I love how he's honest about his life peppered with silly observations. I try and be as honest and authentic as possible, I want the audience to feel like they know me at the end of my set.
How do you deal with hecklers or a tough audience?
I try and work as hard as I can to make it work, if there's a room of people there for a show they deserve 100%.

What is the most memorable moment you've had on stage?
I had to perform material about my Dad having a young girlfriend in front of them, that was pretty memorable- not in a good way.
What's been the highlight of your career as a stand-up comedian so far?
I can't pinpoint one moment, I just love being paid to travel round and make people laugh- also waking up at 1pm is pretty nice.
Do you already have an impression of Switzerland and the Swiss, if so what is it?
People have told me it's expensive so I'm trying to prepare myself for that.
If you had to choose a favourite city, Zurich or Basel?
Whichever one pays more money!
