Terms and Conditions for Ticket Buyers

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets for Comedy Kiss events organized by Love and Laughter Ltd., a company registered in Zurich, Switzerland ("we," "us," or "Comedy Kiss"). By purchasing a ticket, you ("you" or "ticket holder") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Event Details

Comedy Kiss hosts live comedy events at rented entertainment venues in various Swiss cities. Events are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Entry may be refused if proof of age cannot be provided upon request.

3. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Transfers

Refunds: No refunds will be granted except in cases of event cancellation.
Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for a different Comedy Kiss event at our discretion.
Transfers: Ticket transfers to another person or event are permitted.

5. Event Rules and Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone:

No pets are permitted at the venue.
Filming and audio recording, by attendees, is prohibited during the performance.
No late entry will be allowed after the show has begun. Please arrive on time to avoid disruption.
Any behaviour that endangers staff, performers, or other guests (including but not limited to physical threats or harassment) will result in removal from the venue without refund.

6. Photography and Promotional Use

Comedy Kiss may photograph the event for promotional purposes. If you wish to have any images that feature you removed from our marketing, please contact us at shane.norton@comedykiss.ch, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

7. Cancellations and Force Majeure

Comedy Kiss reserves the right to:

Cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Modify event details (such as line-up changes) without notice if necessary.

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered an alternative event or the option to exchange their ticket for a future Comedy Kiss show.

8. Liability

Love and Laughter Ltd. and Comedy Kiss are not liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except where caused by our negligence.
Technical issues, disruptions, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Attendees enter the venue at their own risk, and we strongly recommend taking appropriate care of personal belongings.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for event management and subscription to the Comedy Kiss email newsletter. 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
